BY ACCESSING WWW.NIAGARAREALTOR.CA OWNED AND OPERATED BY THE NIAGARA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, THE USER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS FOR USE AND AGREES THAT THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN THE USER AND THE NIAGARA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
